• Beta vulgaris – Commonly called as beet root. It is a herbaceous biennial plant. It is useful for anaemia and has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
• Dandelion – Also called as Taraxacum. It is from the family asteraceae native to Eurasia and North America. It improves the liver health and improves the iron absorption. Helps to increase the production of red blood cells.
• Cinnamomum – It is an evergreen aromatic tree, commonly called as cinnamon. It is native to South Asia and South East Asia. It is used to increase the haemoglobin levels.
