- Verbascum thapsus – Commonly called as great mullein. It is native to Europe and North Africa. Very useful for otitis.
- Calendula – Commonly called as marigold. It is an annual and perennial herbaceous plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to the Mediterranean region.
- Hypericum perforatum – Also called as St. John’s wort from the flowering plant in the family Hypericaceae. It works excellent for ear pain.
